[BUG] "Save changes" is not clickable upon making profile changes in web client

This appears to be only true for non-admin users

Rocket is requiring a name and email in order to create/update a user. You can see it referred to here among other places: RocketChat/Rocket.Chat#7125

So a user that was created via sso signup, which won't have a name and may not have an email either, will not be able to make updates via the web client.

On a side note, setting "Require Name For Signup" to false doesn't appear to be changing this as one might think - Name still is required in order for the user to make changes.
