FED-2164 Fix disableRequiredPropValidation annotation and add test

Motivation

Mistakes have been made. We need to override the @ Prop annotation creation so it doesn't throw an incomplete meta error

Changes

• Catch disableRequiredPropValidation arg and remove it from the meta so no error is thrown
• Add a test
