This pull request adds chatbox functionality to the command-line interface (CLI). It includes the implementation of a chatbox feature that allows users to interact with the codebase. Additionally, it adds a warnings module to ignore warnings and updates the version number in the pyproject.toml file. The GitHub Actions workflow for the Python CI/CD pipeline has also been updated to include the necessary steps for building and publishing to the PyPI registry.
