Use absolute link in the README when linking to migration guide so it works properly on the typedoc site.
Note that if we wanted to maintain a relative link we could either update TypeDoc and the plugins to get support for external documents or use a plugin to pull in the markdown, but this seems like the simpler solution considering churn rate will probably be low on the migration guide
