• BAT - hosts file shows OpenWithApp
• Common - Resolves .lnk (Windows shortcut) files before creating keycuts
• Common - Allows shortcutname.EXE keycuts now (shortcutname.exe.bat) -- useful for putting any executable in the path from its current location!

v1.0.5 Batmanager is less goofy

• No longer shows "/B " in front of some file shortcuts in the Destination column
• Now shows start/end quotes in the Destination column
