I have downloaded DeDRM 10.0.9, KFX, and have input the serial number of the device. still no joy. Have attached the log. Not sure where to go from here. thanks |

Doesn't look like you have the right serial number in there. Try copy and pasting the serial number from your devices page on the website into DeDRM's customization. |

I just tried a single book on the Dedrm.com site and it worked. Let me go back to calibre and try reentering the serial# (I have a lot of books) |
