How to use:

• Initialize the view controller with the providers you would like to support. ´´´BLVLoginSignUpViewController *vc = [[BLVLoginSignUpViewController alloc] initWithProvider:BLVLoginSignupProviderEmail | BLVLoginSignupProviderFacebook];´´´

Styling: Create a NSDictionary with the option keys defined inside ´´´BLVLoginSignupDataTypes´´´ and set the options property on the view controller.
