Description

What is this PR

What does this PR do?
Makes the mouselemur atlas fully BrainGlobe compatible, by
mirroring the original R annotations onto the left hemisphere, so equivalent LR
regions have the same label.

This has the side effect that some spurious pixels in the annotation disappear.

Also improves the docstrings.

Closes #451

How has this PR been tested?

Regenerated atlas has been visually checked, and passes all validation functions (including new ones added in #453 ) locally.
