… Hello! I recently downloaded QZ to interface my Nordictrack 1750 treadmill

inclination adjustment is now possible using QZ 2.16.30 - is it possible to
receive a TestFlight code for this version?

The offset is “inclination override offset”, under treadmill inclination overrides. Maybe I did not need to adjust this, but it seemed to help. Email coming! On Jan 14, 2024, at 3:45 PM, Roberto Viola ***@***.***> wrote:

Yep, that’s what I figured. I am running the old version of iFit Cardio that came with my treadmill, because if I let it do the software update, it would no longer communicate with QZ.Sent from my iPadOn Jan 14, 2024, at 4:01 PM, Roberto Viola ***@***.***> wrote:

The beta works! I chose a hilly route in Zwift, and inclination adjusted automatically as I moved through the route. It appeared to follow more closely on the negative side than on the positive. For example, if Zwift incline was 5%, the treadmill would be at 2.5 or 3. On the downhills, it was usually just about spot on. With auto inclination, is QZ able to directly set the treadmill inclination value, or is it “touching” the sliders like it does for manual +/- adjustments? Just wondering if I need to adjust my offsets some more. Thanks again for your help!On Jan 14, 2024, at 4:18 PM, Roberto Viola ***@***.***> wrote:

that's great! qz is controlling always the inclination using the virtual
touch events, so you can use the inclination offset setting to fix it or we
can try to handle the coordinates of your ifit app
the first should be easier for you since you can do by yourself :)

Hi Roberto - I’m wondering if you might be able to assist with the inclination offset settings. I played around with them yesterday on QZ 2.16.30, but I could only make the manual inclination adjustment work in the negative direction, no matter what value I selected for the offset. However, when using with Zwift, it appeared to automatically adjust in both the positive and negative directions. Unfortunately, I inadvertently picked a mostly downhill route, so it wasn’t a good test - I’ll try again tonight on a more varied course.I have 2 questions related to the inclination offset:1) what is the unit of measurement of the value being set? Is it pixels? Percent incline?2) when I adjust the offset, do I also need to set the individual override for each half percent? For example, if I set the offset to 5, do I need to override 0% to 5, 0.5% to 5.5, and so on?Thanks for your help!On Jan 14, 2024, at 4:37 PM, Roberto Viola ***@***.***> wrote:
