Subject of the enhancement

Typically, the nav logo is positioned to the left side of the screen (for RTL) courses. The current default renders the logo on the right side of the screen. See screen shots below.

Nav plugins display with default _navOrder values:
current_order

Suggested order, setting nav logo _navOrder default to 0.
