When logos like this are used in the Nav bar they are used 99% to return back to the main menu. This should be easier to do and not have to rely on knowing the course ID. Many AAT users use templates to setup courses and this would make sense to have as something that works without configuration.

I would suggest adding easier shortcuts to adding this such as / \ home or menu.
