Adding warning about potential duplicate builds

Description

Adding a warning about potential duplicate builds for users setting up the GitHub App functionality alongside the GitHub OAuth App.

Reasons

Users can now install Installing GitHub App alongside the GitHub OAuth app. However, if a given project has both types of triggers, configured to run on the same event, it ill result in duplicate builds.
