The
sounddevice.InputStreamruns the callback in a separate thread, risking race conditions without synchronization.This PR adds a
threading.Lockto protect shared state (sound_pressure,sound_pressure_weighted,sound_pressure_level_weighted) between the callback and main threads. It prevents data races and ensures consistent publishing viamessaging.PubMaster. Only thread safety is added—no other changes.
