Added new heuristic for selecting a single reference empty site for each element based on maximizing the length of flanking sequence aligned between the element and empty site in starfish insert. Added more descriptive annotation fields for insert boundaries in bed file output. Added new column to .feat file to capture the length of aligned flanking sequence. Updated tutorial in wiki to now skip the starfish flank step; this step is no longer recommended.
