Today I tried to disable release checking for ags project (https://release-monitoring.org/project/27567) and found out, this isn't possible. The field is probably missing in edit method.

Fix releases_only not changed on edit

Project field releases_only was not changed when edit was done, this
commit is fixing this issue.

Fixes fedora-infra#855.
