This updates the
@fern-api/snippets-corepackage so that it defines a newSpecfor callers to provide the dynamic IR directly. This will be useful for generating snippets in the front-end.This also removes the
generatorsYml.GeneratorsConfigurationoption because it is not currently used -- it will be replaced with the new dynamic IR output configuration (re: #6143) when we introduce the@fern-api/snippets-sdklibrary.
