Suggested by Madekozu on the support forum: Under GDPR, IP addresses are considered personal data. FlatPress should have an option to set if IP addresses are stored with the comments or not.

- For IPv4 addresses, the last two blocks are “zeroed”
- IPv6 addresses are replaced by a hash, which is formed from the user agent and the browser language
This procedure has the advantage that other scripts do not have to be adapted, as a fake IPv4 or IPv6 is still available. Optionally, the anonymization of the visitor IP can be deactivated in the admin area.
