Github action to check static binary

I'm closing this PR as this repository publishes static image as part of the CI release: https://github.com/fpco/pid1/releases/tag/v0.1.3.1 We are currently using https://github.com/fpco/alpine-haskell-stack to build the static binary which in turn uses Nix based musl ghc. Free feel to re-open if you disagree. |
