Add 22nd March 2025 GitTogether event

Fixes #17

Add 22nd March 2025 GitTogether event details.

* **New Event Directory and README:**
  - Create `GitTogether Mumbai 2025-03-22` directory.
  - Add `README.md` file with event details, agenda, date, time, and venue.

* **Main README Update:**
  - Add event details for 22nd March 2025 under "Past Events" section.
  - Include event link and resources.
  - Add event image.

* **Assets:**
  - Add event image `2025-03-22.jpg` to the `assets` directory.
