AHRD Trainer Function

Providing a set of reference proteins, the AHRD trainer function enables you to estimate the optimal parameters for your data.

Start the trainer with 

java -Xmx2g -cp ahrd.jar ahrd.controller.Trainer trainer_input.yml

an example input file can be found here: ./test/resources/trainer_input.yml
