I just updated the release script so that it automatically updates neofetch and hyfetch man pages. |

Description
Update the existing Makefile so that it can be used to install hyfetch, and move the existing blocks for installing neofetch to
install-neofetchanduninstall-neofetch. Also add a man file forhyfetchand move both manpages to a docs/ folder for organization.Relevant Links
Part of this PR creates a man page, which is requested in #175 but I can split that into a separate PR if desired.
Additional context
While not strictly necessary for that issue and PR, I feel it makes sense for the Makefile to be updated to work with hyfetch.
