Separate the nav climb rate settings for fw and mc #9424

  • Separate the nav climb rate settings for FW and MC
  • No max_fw_auto_climb_rate since it is not used for FW
  • increased default max_fw_manual_climb_rate from 200 to 300, BTW on default value, sin(nav_fw_dive_angle or nav_fw_climb_angle)*54km/h = 3.88 or 5.13 m/s

sim test with VTOL model ok
requires configurator

I just relalized this is a breaking change and has to go to INAV 8
