Problem Create Report Synchro control (BIC)

Hello good morning everyone, this morning my end customer complains that he can't create mappings and groups on a new project, that is, the maps and groups are created with all the fields inside, but then for reasons that seem administrative it seems that they are not processed.

I attach some images that perhaps explain a little better the problem encountered:
when opening our itwin:

before writing to me I had myself added to the project: as Admin but I also receive the same problem

ps the version we use is

Sorry, the customer told me that this is an imodel published on Synchro control (BIC) and it is not the classic itwin, I do not know if this can affect the functioning of the reporting part

We got a chance to look into the issue you're facing.

Can you check what permissions you have? or what permissions your client has?
Here is an endpoint you can use to get your permissions: get-itwin-permissions.

The set of permissions required can be found in the authorization section of each endpoint.

Admin does not necessarily grant all permissions, so please check this and let us know.

Hi Paul, it looks like you are missing the insights_modify permission which is required to Create a Report. Can you add that permission and try again?

Thanks @arnobmallickbsw for the help, this setting on BIC, the administrator tells me that it had never been implemented as a role so the customer could not find this setting,
