Fixes #1

The module would not be used anyway, and different return signatures caused crashes
Use VolatileViews to wrap into a volatile cell img!
For example, dask arrays do not return numpy arrays when slicing. Instead, call compute() on those.
The reference store can ensure that object references are not deleted by the Python interpreter while still in use in the JVM
This is a utility class to easily convert any Python callable into a Java Runnable
 1. Ensure that native memory and local Python functions are not being garbage collected while still being used within the JVM
 2. Copy native memory into `ArrayDataAccess`es without synchronization
Instead of using the SoftRefLoaderCache (hard-coded) that would probably never be cleared, resulting in a "memory leak", use bounded caches instead.
