This actually release actually adds a consistent way to identify ps save wizard files as opposed to the duct-tape solution of just assuming anything that wasn't a PC file was a PS file.
 
This exe was generated with github actions which for me at least is causing a weird "search for app in the store?" popup to stop the program from running.

You can fix this by either running the exe from the command line or going to the exe properties and enabling this checkbox:
