Release 0.0.4

Change the version in cmake in preparation for the upcoming release.

I deleted the latest update script since too much has changed from our last release and not all changes were tracked in the update file.
For now, upgrading from Lantern 0.0.3 will not be possible. If it becomes necessary, we can create a proper upgrade script later
