1. Open PowerShell Terminal

I'm seeing this issue on Windows 10.

It seems to be specifically tied to the use of the Vi edit mode:

Set-PSReadLineOption -EditMode Vi

I was able to temporarily workaround the issue by hacking the file: "$env:LocalAppData\Programs\Microsoft VS Code\resources\app\out\vs\workbench\contrib\terminal\browser\media\shellIntegration.ps1" and changing line 81 from:

Set-PSReadLineKeyHandler -Chord $Sequence -Function $Handler.Function

to:

Set-PSReadLineKeyHandler -Chord $Sequence -Function $Handler.Function[0]
