This commit adds the staticcheck linter and fixes the reported staticcheck linter warnings. The deprecated lint warning (SA1019) is disabled since we support some legacy features like `x509.EncryptPEMBlock`. Signed-off-by: Andreas Auernhammer <[email protected]>
