...and added to the Excel prefix table if missing.

Currently the prefix map has to be added to Excel by hand. Only the entires from the prefix map in Excel will be used. Even if you define "myp" as prefix in config, a CURIE in Excel myp:0001 is not understood until "myp" is defined again in the prefix sheet in Excel.

Solved by #257 but slightly different:

The default prefixes from rdflib are combined with the ones from idrange.config. The prefixes sheet is not read anymore but just used to show the prefixes known and usable.
