Промяна на default visibility-то за отговорите по заявленията

Трябва ни: Като се получи отговор по дадено заявление, първоначално той да е видим само за човека който създал заявлението и администраторите на сайта.

Доколкото разбирам от главния разработчик на проекта във версия 0.14 има такава опция - prominence of individual responses and outgoing messages

След като се смени това трябва да направим промяна в template-ите някъде, за да сложим съобщение за останалите хора ползващи сайта от типа: "В момента отговора по това заявление не е видим, понеже не е нужно да мине проверка на администратор"`

Цитирам Louis, главния разработчик на проекта в MySociety:

It did occur to me though, that instead of sending an email with an
uncensored copy of the response to the user, you could just send the
standard one that gives them a link to the response on the site, but
give the response an initial prominence of 'requester only', which
means that only the requester can view it. (We just added the ability
to change the prominence of individual responses and outgoing messages
in release 0.14). Other visitors to the site would see a note in the
request history saying that the response is not visible  - and you
could add a standard message saying that this is because it hasn't
been moderated yet. That would mean you would need to do less
customization, I think.

Това е като при отговор на request по default само админите и подавателя виждат отговора и те могат да преценят кой други да го вижда

От това, което набързо погледнах, в app/models/info_request.rb се задава default-ния prominence на request-ите. Ще трябва да го прегледам допълнително.
