Changed xlsx to make PR action pass

Only few changes were required compared to your PR #5

• use ROR from IDranges for creator and publisher. In the current version of voc4cat-tool, any valid ROR is fine but only few hard-coded strings are allowed.
• remove two prefixes (also a limit of the current voc4cat-tool version which does not allow merging your prefixes with prefixes already defined in rdflib).
• fixed case of prefix for collection (eLTER_dl --> elter_dl)

This is now ready to merge. The xlsx was converted successfully and removed in the auto-commit (6b9e47e).
