Description
For each impersonated user, first checks if they have access to the APIs. If they don't, then just move on (don't fail everything).
Also adds more logging.
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran drive connector locally.
Backporting (check the box to trigger backport action)
Note: You have to check that the action passes, otherwise resolve the conflicts manually and tag the patches.
