rename to manager all tests pass but still very hacky code put stuff in Session Manager the manager handles stuff decently happy with the session rotator formatting is important improvement minor simplify fixing log improve doc revert unnecessary affected files revive test fmt refactor session rotation plan wip refactor flow doc another refactor fmt force era logic fmt events copy paste election events stuff works add id and prune upto todo roll many eras fmt fix prune_upto minor
