Use patterns created by processMetaPattern for rendering (instead of empty ones).
Addresses #766
Summary of changes:
Set patternlab.userHead and patternlab.userFoot to their full patterns instead of just the extendedTemplate.
Replace empty patterns in render calls with full patterns.
