In this PR we add a rule to compile all existing chef examples on PRs. The current rule compiles only one example in about 11 minutes, this is slow per example and doesn't offer enough coverage. The new rule added here compiles examples without
--cleanflag, giving 38 minutes for 43 examples (~1 min per example).Testing
Run time : ~11 minutes (locally) , 43 minutes on Github CI (avg 1 min per device)
