From recent measurements in other areas, a disabled TCP NoDelay can introduce occasionally delays and since we don't have a highly interactive arrangement but rather client-server communication, we don't want to delay ACK's

Enabling NoDelay by default to avoid delayed TCP ACK's. Lettuce's flushing behavior is already optimized and the server is expected to respond without waiting for more data.
