README doesn't show differences from upstream

It'd be great if you could get the changes PR'd back to upstream, but if not, a quick description of what makes this package better would be great. I just spent an embarrassingly long time trying to figure out why trunk-recorder wouldn't build with gr-dsd-git from the AUR.

Good call - I am actually going to switch everything over to OP25 I think. I found a fix the makes the performance about equal and OP25 adds QPSK modulation.

I will try to document the changes in the Readme.
