This should allow for all edge cases except for when an analysis has results inside an import file, but is not present on any worksheet. In these cases a warning will be issued and the attachment will not be linked to the analysis

This branch, combined with NMRL-299 from @Espurna (#100), further reduce the sizes of the storages:
After NMRL-299 blob migration:
filestorage -> 465.1Mb
blobstorage -> 54.9Mb
After NMRL-299 and NMRL-300 applied together:
filestorage: from 4.6Gb to 351Mb
blobstorage: from 7.2Mb to 8Mb
