Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This PR improves the DateTime Widget with regard to its appearance and localization.
Current behavior before PR
The DateTime Widget had bad CSS styles and no proper translation
Desired behavior after PR is merged
The DateTime Widget has corrected CSS styles and proper translation
