Merge #1552 first
This Pull Request adds a new field in Setup to allow the user to modify the template used in rejection email notifications
Current behavior before PR
The body of rejection emails was rendered from a pt template
Desired behavior after PR is merged
The body of rejection emails is rendered based on a customizable field from Setup.
