From AR view, there is the option to add analysis under "Manage analyses" tab. Analyses added to a previously created AR by using this view are not transitioned to the suitable state, so the Analysis Request ends-up with analyses with inconsistent states.
With this Pull Request, once the analysis is added to the Analysis Request, the system checks the status the analysis must be transitioned too and forces its transition. Also, ensures the newly created analysis is correctly bounded to a Sample Partition
