Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This PR allows to add the option
delay(in ms) in ReferenceWidget. By default is set to 500 ms. It prevents a cascade of searches while typing a search term.--
I confirm I have tested this PR thoroughly and coded it according to PEP8
and Plone's Python styleguide standards.
