Add Endpoint for Retrieving Live Betting Odds for NBA Games

• src/nba_api/live/nba/endpoints/odds.py: Added a new Odds endpoint class to retrieve live betting odds for NBA games. This class includes methods for initializing the endpoint, making API requests, and processing the response data.
• src/nba_api/live/nba/endpoints/__init__.py: Updated the __all__ list to include the new Odds endpoint and imported the Odds class.
• tests/unit/test_live_odds.py: Added unit test for odds to ensure correct functionality of endpoint.

Documentation updates:

• docs/nba_api/live/endpoints/odds.md: Added documentation for the new Odds endpoint, including details about the endpoint URL, parameters, data sets, and a JSON example.

Data schema updates:

• analysis_archive/stats/analysis.json: Added a new section for the Odds endpoint, detailing the data sets, endpoint URL, parameters, and status.

Note: Note: Although the endpoint url says odds_todaysGames, it actually provides odds for a wide range of games, from approximately two days in the past to up to a month in the future.
