window.speechSynthesis is undefined on Archlinux

Hey, so i've been meaning to help bring linux support to Curses
the only real problem i've encountered so far is that window.speechSynthesis is undefined on arch, but it is on windows
i have installed speech-dispatcher as recommended by the corresponding page of the arch wiki and the cli works, but it stays undefined

am i doing something wrong or is there no support for speechSynthesis on Arch yet?

epiphany is a browser using webkitgtk and i'd like you to see if tts works in that browser to see if it's a general issue or if we messed something up in tauri.

i guess this means i should ask them instead?

"Web speech is still not implemented in webkitgtk
Also, the plan is to use a different system called spiel for TTS, instead of speech dispatcher. Its capabilities are more in line with web speech" -Adrian Vovk

actually, i checked back in the matrix room and this isn't exact
speech Synthesis is actually implemented in webkitgtk, but as an experimental feature, and you need to add compilation flags (-DUSE_SPIEL=ON -DUSE_FLITE=OFF in the cmake command) to use it
