Erjang Performance

Roughly speaking, Erjang is currently at-par with BEAM on performance, but uses more memory. Not too bad, but not blazing either. For some patterns of behavior Erjang is faster, for some BEAM is faster. For floating-point operations, Erjang is ~8 x faster than BEAM; for code that sends many small messages and does many context swicthes, BEAM is faster.
