Describe the bug
When switching the Lattice URL option in the UI to anything other than the default, the websocket opens but the lattice state is not refreshed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a wasmcloud host on a port other than 4001
    wash up --nats-websocket-port 4002
  2. Start the washboard ui:
    wash ui --experimental
  3. Change the lattice URL in the UI to http://localhost:4002
  4. No data updates

Expected behavior
Washboard UI should show latest data from Lattice

**Environment (please complete the following information) **

  • OS: macOS
  • wash Version 0.18.1
