1. Get your What3Words API key on https://accounts.what3words.com/account/developer → https://accounts.what3words.com/applications
2. Get your telegram bot API token from the BotFather
3. Add it into the code
4. Run the python file
5. Access the telegram bot on your telegram client

Responds to the following format: <word1>.<word2>.<word3> with a link to the Ingress Intel Map containing the generated latlng from Whats3Words.

Currently does not support returning error messages from invalid sets of 3words.
