 Earlier this year, <a href="https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38861271">it was announced</a> that the company was being acquired by
 <a href="https://airtable.com">Airtable</a> and that the product would be shut down. In this blog post, I want to
 explain what happened from my perspective as a former employee.</p>
