Goal

Setup auth/access controls for new MUI Admin app

Changes

new AuthProvider component
new login screen
components disabled if "readonly"

Thanks for this - learned a lot!

Left some comments - three major things I came across to fix before merge:

Refreshing the page resets the permissions to the default value set in the auth.tsx file (see comment on there).
Edit page's useEffect still runs and fetches content in the background even with just readonly access (see comment).
Edit and New buttons' links still work even on readonly. Suggested fixes.
