Shaded the login header, changed the text on the front page, and dynamically swapped out the favicon.
Switched site config from API call to a static javascript object.
Implemented as persistent cookies via Env methods. Added jquery.cookie.js to facilitate managing them. Used to hide images on the game page and to put the page into compact mode, respectively.
With a button to un-hide it, retaining the previous selections.
